We are older and move about differently than only a few years ago. Our priorities have changed. We think about things, process our feelings and multitask in new and sometimes confusing ways, especially to younger folks. We may have different interests than we ever thought we would. This may be bewildering, confusing, odd, frustrating and sometimes downright angry, sad, peaceful or even lost. Sometimes it pressures us to reinvent ourselves.
There is a way to transform what we don’t know is happening.
We can even actualize everything we want to become.
We ARE older and wiser from the number of life experiences we have accumulated which are recorded in our minds.
We may not understand that we can consciously access the learning in those experiences and how to communicate them.
Perhaps that is because no one taught us how to do it.
Whatever is going on in us that bothers us, can be changed inside ourselves.
Our research in this area has given us a direct pathway with methods on how to do this, including current in-depth information on nutrition, neural rewiring, pain and healing.
We not only have the scientifically researched data, but the lived experience of 71 years.
We can understand the feelings of loneliness, longing, regrets, desires, bucket lists, retirement, older aching bodies, inexplicable hurts, empty nests and all the many concerns of this phase in life because we live it, and have learned how to transform it every day.
