Life’s hardest decisions face us each day: which job do I take? pay rent or buy food? Leave my cheating spouse? Have kids? Death? We have every resource at our fingertips to heal ourselves.
Resurrection: how to do it. What we call death = resurrection
Staying stuck in our old belief systems= rigidity, morbidity, death, disintegration, back into the genetic pool with little change, doomed to repeat in some way, the suffering, oppression, persecution that we have for centuries.
Look at HIStory.
Our traumas rattle our cages of conditioned programming, shake us into confusion and numbness producing a desperation that propels us to CHANGE something.
But if we stop there, very little is actually accomplished, as history shows us.
If we breathe, cry and release, we have a chance to utterly transmute, shatter the old, dead stuff that no longer works for us and burst out of the cocoon that kept us locked into the efforts of trying to change. We lack that last spark to move us out to butterfly existence, and keeps us immobile, mechanical and bored.
When we really get that our cells “die” in the process of cellular change inside our bodies every day, and we can learn how to cooperate with the making of new cells inside our own organism: physically, mentally ( by rewiring), emotionally(by transforming habitual response mechanisms) and spiritually (by learning how to crack the code of resurrecting) we are no longer dull, bored, depressed and inauthentic.
Like the caterpillar that generates imaginal cells inside its cocoon, dissolving into a regenerated genetic soup in there, it bursts out of its container into a new being.
Keeping this paradigm from nature as a motivator, we can begin a practice of meditatively taking care of all the details surrounding our constant evolution, easily, methodically, consciously and lovingly. We become freer and freer, every day creating this new being.
This is what we do, here, every day and teach it.
